ATTENTION!! THIS SECTION IS OUTDATED. I WILL UPDATE IT IN
NEAR FUTURE.
I’m a senior research scientist at Bioinformatics &
Molecular Design Research Center (BMDRC) located in Yonsei University, Seoul, Korea.
Currently I’m working on several drug discovery projects
to find novel hit compounds for diseases including (and
not confined to) Avian flu, TSE, neuropathic pain,
tuberculosis bacterium, and cancer using molecular
modeling technologies.
My main area of interests are QSAR methodology, data mining,
structure-based drug design, and cheminformatics related
problems. I usually do my works using various computers
including MacBook, Windows PC, Ubuntu PC, and CentOS servers.
Personally, as a protestant Christian, I hope I sincerely
follow the way of Jesus Christ. I was a member of male double
quartet (not a great singer though), and am a conductor of a
small church choir. In my spare moments (I don’t have much
these days), I usually read some books, listen to music
(mainly operas, baroque, and some ccm songs), or navigate the
web.
You can download my CV for a
